⏱ How long does shipping take?

📭 Tracking not updating?
A tracking update alone may not explain the package's current status. Contact support with your order number, tracking number and latest tracking message if the information is unclear or you are concerned about a delay.
📧 No tracking email received?
Check your inbox and spam folder for the shipping confirmation. If you cannot find it, email [email protected] with your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can check your order.
📦 Order shows delivered but not received?
Check the delivery location, household members, neighbors and building reception where relevant. If you still cannot locate the package, contact support promptly with your order number and tracking details. You do not need to wait two business days before contacting us.
